Getting started for a wheatpasting campaign in Los Angeles.
Starting a wheat-pasting campaign in your city is simple and straightforward. First, you’ll need your design files sized either 48×72 (jumbo) or 24×36 (standard). From there, you can choose the campaign duration and brainstorm the neighborhoods or areas where you’d like your posters to be concentrated. The final step is selecting a comfortable budget that aligns with your brand’s overall goals and desired level of impact.

Getting started with wheatpasting firsts boils down to the design and poster size you are most interested in. We offer 24×36 and 48×72 posters. Clients can either have the design made by our team or submit the design of their choice. Designs take 15-30 minutes for our team to review before they go into production.

Once confirmed all designs are sent into production where we await the finished posters. Once ready posters will begin being installed at all chosen areas, neighborhoods, and areas across the city. Posters are installed in a chosen format advised by the client at each location

Once all campaigns are finished we submit to clients a google map link of all their installations so they can now visualize the entire layout of their campaign from start to finish.

Wheat pasting (sometimes called “wheat‑paste,” “poster pasting,” or “paste‑ups”) is a method of adhering paper posters or printed artworks onto walls, fences, construction hoardings, and other surfaces using a paste made from wheat flour (or starch) and water (or variants of that). This paste is applied to the back of the paper (or sometimes to both paper and wall surface) and then smoothed onto the intended surface. Over time, the paste dries and “sticks” the paper to the wall.

The lifespan of wheat paste posters in LA is always fluctuating based on the time of year and whether there are major events occurring at the same time. Now usually posters can last up to 4-5 days throughout LA which is great for a city as frequented as LA.

If this is you first ever wheatpaste campaign in LA I would say stick to a 1 design 500 poster 2 week campaign for $5K. Now if you have done wheatpasting before I would advise on doing a package that suits your budget and overall brand goal.

Wheatpasting in LA has been around for years and loved by the locals. Whether it’s art, a brand launch, posters are always going up by the second in LA.
